First images of 114m Dörries Yachts' Project Arwen unique lookout spot, the Nest
German yacht builder Dörries Yachts has unveiled the first renderings of the unique lookout spot known as the Nest, onboard the 114.1-metre in-build superyacht Arwen.
Perched high atop Arwen, the panoramic enclosed seating area promises to be the epitome of luxury, offering an exclusive retreat with breathtaking views. With an almost 360-degree view, her design ensures that no matter where you sit, you are enveloped by the tranquil beauty of the ocean.
Spanning approximately 20 square-metres, the Nest includes a seating area, as well as a double bed, which connects to her forward Jacuzzi and 70 square-metre winter garden. This area is complemented by a bar and starboard seating area, with an adjacent dayhead and shower.
Her winter garden also opens up to her exterior decks, through sliding glass door. This space, alongside the Nest, Jacuzzi and bathroom can also be combined to form an additional owner/VIP apartment.
Acting as a private sanctuary, the Nest allows guests to recline comfortably with a cocktail in hand, making it the perfect place to enjoy the magnificent sunrises and sunsets over the water, or retreat for solitary reflection. The contract for Arwen was signed in 2022, with Dörries Yachts stating that the superyacht would be built for an American tech-billionaire. Previously known as Project ELF, Arwen features interior and exterior design by US-based firm Píndaros, assisted by Champeau & Wilde and Andy Waugh.
