Sagasu: The 48m Japanese-inspired superyacht concept by Hydro Tec

Italy-based design house Hydro Tec has unveiled the first renderings of its latest 48-metre superyacht concept Sagasu

Carefully developed with hints of Asian tones, Sagasu's name originates from the Japanese word which evokes the search for something necessary and desired. Sagasu offers the volumes and functionalities of larger yachts while remaining below the 500 GT limit.

Characterised by elegant and sinuous lines, Sagasu features classical and traditional traits, harmoniously blended with elements of robustness and modernity. A distinctive feature of Sagasu is the design of her flush hull windows on the hull, which create a suspended central island wrapped in glass.

Sagasu has been configured with four different layouts offering extraordinary flexibility in terms of length and volume, with numerous customisation possibilities based on the owner's preferences.

Sagasu marks the first result of Hydro Tec's recent collaboration with Adam Blackmore, co-founder of their new strategic partner for the APAC (Asia Pacific) regions, Iseo Yachting Limited.

"I am extremely satisfied with the recently concluded agreement with our new strategic partner, Adam Blackmore, co-founder of Iseo Yachting, and the business opportunity that this collaboration opens for our company," commented Sergio Cutolo, President of Hydro Tec.
