This may mean that the yacht could now be handed over to US officials and she may be taken to the United States where her arrest will continue. According a statement shared by Fiji's office of Prosecutions has noted that the judgement will not come into effect for seven days from the notice of all parties involved, meaning that action will not be taken until mid-next week.
